All the future bookings

For your role as jewelry lady, I have some extra incentives for you to work towards as you stay focused on getting your business off to a great start.

Give her the Focus Folder and walk through it (see Focus Folder Sheet and contents, available on Graceline website). Encourage her to use the advance booking verbiage as she is inviting her guest to her training show to secure 6-9 bookings before her show date.

It will be important for you to learn as much as you can during these first 45 days, so let's go ahead and put the upcoming training dates on your calendar.

Date for next New Jeweler Orientation:

Have her take out her calendar or provide her with one to write down the next several training dates. Let her know up front that attending training is more important than doing a home show and crucial for her continued success.

Step 2 - Your Premier jeweler number is _____________.

As soon as her Jeweler number posts on your account, call her with her number and congratulate her. She is an official Jewelry Lady!

Now you can create a login and password for the “jeweler's only” portion of Premier's website.

Some new jewelers choose to set up a new email account. If you do, it is helpful to include some portion of your name in the address for easy identification.

Step 3 - Your Kit is here. Let's get together to:

I will provide you with a list of supplies necessary for your shows. Give her Home Show Items sheet and Order Notebook Sheet (available on Graceline website). As a “welcome to my family” gift, you may want to give her some of these items.

Step 4 - We are ready for your training show:

Try to relax and enjoy being with your friends and family while watching and learning!

I will help you write up the orders to make sure you feel comfortable with it.

Remember, we will be working together to get as many of your friends committed to hosting their own shows and helping you get your business off to a great start.

At her training show you may want to surprise her by calling her up for an actual ribbon cutting ceremony to officially introduce her as the jewelry lady to her friends. Once again, a picture would be nice.

Step 5 - Now that your training show is over:

You get to take the money you collected and open a separate checking account just for your Premier business.

I will show you how to close a show with your hostess and submit it to Premier.

We will get together to practice your show to make sure you feel completely comfortable with it. Role playing with her will be very important! Make sure you role play her booking activity and sponsoring talk several times so it flows naturally.

Remember to use the tracking form in your “focus folder” to insure you qualify for Quick Start.

Call me after your first 10 shows.

Sponsoring- Sweet Story- Created by Jen Holden

My Sweet Story

I want to share a real sweet story with you, but I am going to need your help. When I hold something up from my bag I need you to say what it is.

Well, I use to think this stood for M & M's—however, I found out a few months ago that it stood for “More Money”. That's where my husband and I were a few months ago. We had some home projects that required some extra money however we looked at our checkbook and didn't see a 100 Grand.

Meanwhile, I had a Premier Designs Jewelry show and loved going on my shopping SPREE. However, I learned that I could make this my own business where every time I had a jewelry show it would be PAYDAY!!!

Premier has been such a LIFESAVER and has given me so much JOY. It has also got us out of our money CRUNCH and our bank account is no longer ZERO.

So if you or someone else might be interested in hosting a show or learning more about the business. I would love to share with you more about how Premier has been a blessing to us. I am so excited about our new business and love sharing it with others.

So be a bunch of SMARTIES and don't pass up the opportunity to think about this tonight, because if you don't do it NOW---you may wish you had done it LATER!

Sponsoring- Ask it Basket

Ask it Basket Questions & Answers
Tracie & Steve Hawblitzel, Florida

1. How many nights a week do you do this?
My goal is to work two nights a week. However, there are no minimums or quotas with Premier. You can choose how much or how little you’d like to work.

2. Who pays for the hostess’s free jewelry?
Premier pays for the jewelry. All I pay is an $8 fee, no matter how much jewelry my hostess earns.

3. Do you have inventory or make deliveries?
There is no inventory or deliveries. The jewelry comes straight from the company and is shipped directly to the hostess.

4. How did you learn to do this business?
My sponsor helped me, the company sends us video and audio training, an excellent handbook, and there are local trainings. You can get as much training as you need.
5. How much money do you make?

Premier has one of the best marketing plans in the direct sales industry. In Premier, we always make half of everything we sell. The average show in our company is about $450. If I hold an average show I make $225 in one evening.

6. I’m not a salesperson, how could I sell the jewelry?
The best thing about selling this jewelry is that it sells itself! I just put the jewelry on the table and the ladies pick out what they like.

7. Why did you choose Premier Designs over other direct sales companies?
Premier is a company built on Biblical principles. We believe in honoring God and serving people. Premier really is different from other companies. In fact, we are a direct service company, people are first.

8. Do you make money for helping others start their own business?
Premier initially pays me $200 to train them and then I make 10% on everything they sell.
This actually goes three levels deep 10-10-10.

9. How much does it cost to get into the business?
It really depends on your personal financial situation. Then, how much jewelry you want. Anytime we buy jewelry it’s half price. Although, when you first get started they give us half off plus another 25% off. It figures out to be about $10 per piece of jewelry.

10. If someone is interested in starting this business, what is the first step? You start your business with a training show. I do the show but that night you get all of the free jewelry, you make all of the profit and you get all of the bookings for future shows.

These 10 questions answer the most important questions about your business. It is the combination of these 10 specific questions that make this activity so successful. Modification of the questions may dilute the effectiveness of this activity

Devotion- Why Did Jesus Fold the Napkin?

Why did Jesus fold the napkin?

Why did Jesus fold the linen burial cloth after His resurrection?

The Gospel of John (20:7) tells us that the napkin, which was
placed over the face of Jesus, was not just thrown aside like
the grave clothes. The Bible takes an entire verse to tell us
that the napkin was neatly folded, and was placed at the head
of that stony coffin.

1. Early Sunday morning, while it was still dark, Mary
Magdalene came to the tomb and found that the stone had been rolled away
from the entrance. 2. She ran and found Simon Peter and the
other disciple, the one whom Jesus loved. She said, "They have
taken the Lord's body out of the tomb, and I don't know where
they have put him!" 3. Peter and the other disciple ran to the
tomb to see. 4. The other disciple outran Peter and got there
first. 5. He stooped and looked in and saw the linen cloth lying
there, but he didn't go in. 6. Then Simon Peter arrived and went
inside. He also noticed the linen wrappings lying there, 7.
while the cloth that had covered Jesus' head was folded up and
lying to the side.

Is that important? Absolutely! Is it really significant? Yes!

In order to understand the significance of the folded napkin, you have to understand a
little bit about Hebrew tradition of that day. The folded napkin had to do with the
Master and Servant, and every Jewish boy knew this tradition. When the servant set the
dinner table for the master, he made sure that it was exactly the way the master wanted
it. The table was furnished perfectly, and then the servant would wait, just out of
sight, until the master had finished eating, and the servant would not dare touch that
table, until the master was finished.

Now if the master was done eating, he would rise from the table, wipe his fingers, his
mouth, and clean his beard, and would wad up that napkin and toss it onto the table. The
servant would then know to clear the table. For in those days, the wadded
napkin meant, "I'm done". But if the master got up from the table, and folded his napkin,
and laid it beside his plate, the servant would not dare touch the table,
because.......... The folded napkin meant, "I'm coming back!"

He Is Coming Back!!!!

-Premier Business is like a Diet-
You get excited, lose weight/ make money OR get frustrated and want to quit.

When you bring people into Premier, you will sometimes go backwards in your business
(ladies quit, slow times in your shows, etc.) NEVER quit and continue to find
encouragement through your Premier family and trainings.

Many things can distract us from our Jewelry Business:
*Family Concerns/Issues
*Difficult Economy
*Stress of Daily Life
*Etc.

BUT, continue on your ?Diet?- constantly refocusing by meeting with your up-line,
attending monthly trainings, and making Premier a priory.

You have to OWN it to make your business work. God has a plan for you and your life, but He wants us to work for our business as well, so He will then reward us with growth in our Premier Business.

Plant Seeds and you will see things happen. It may take 30, 60, or 90 days, but things will happen, for example sponsoring.

Someone you talk to in May might not sign up until they are ready in November. But, you planted that seed in the spring and ?watered? it every few weeks with notes, e-mails, cards, calls, and just checking in on that person. You build that relationship, and they will want to sign up with you later.

We need to pray over our business, and truly look for God?s plan in our lives.
Set goals for us, and ask God to bless our business and our dreams.
For example: Two Shows a Week
For example: 1,000 a month in take-home pay
For example: Sponsor one girl a month

You must get on the phone, although it?s scary, it?s the best form of contacting there is, and so personal. Call and leave messages, if it?s easier for you, but do make that personal contact.
*Do this to get shows booked on your calendar
*Do this to invite lades to Purse Nights or One-on-Ones

If you are already sponsoring, create contest to encourage sponsoring from your girls.

For example, for everyone in your downline who does a One-on-One with someone or brings a person to Purse Night, they will receive a prize of?

For example, give a 15 day period, and challenge each girl in your downline to do eight One-on-Ones. Whoever does those, receives a prize of?

Don't be afraid to put money into your Downline and use prizes and contest to encourage your girls. It will pay off, when you are receiving the 10% of their shows, and seeing them finds success.

Teach your downline to listen to their girls? needs and be available to guide them
through difficult situations, hard shows, or ?low? times in their business.

Build relationships with your downline as friends and Premier family members. The closer you are to your girls, the better you ?ll know their needs and can help them.

Conduct monthly ?mini? trainings for your own Premier Family to keep everyone focused and excited about their business.

Things New Jewelers should focus on to succeed in the beginning.
*Quick Start- Nine or Six
*Attend Trainings
*Pray- Study Jeremiah 29:11- For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

We are servants and this business allows us to serve others. Pray for who needs Premier in their lives, and ask God to show you those people.

***Don't stop with your business. If you become too content in where you are, you will not grow in your Premier business. and in fact will go backwards.

NOTE: 48% of women do not renew with Premier. Many because they don?t understand the
business, or know how to grow their business. It is our jobs to help those in our Premier Family find success.

To help this: Do a spreadsheet to find out what levels in your downline need help and more support. Go to those people to offer suggestions and help.

As with a Diet, Premier needs motivation and momentum as well. So, in a diet, we need to
focus on what pants size or dress size we want to be. When we lose a pants size, we get
excited and work harder to lose more.

With Premier, focus on what level you want to achieve. Once you sign someone up with Premier, or you have a great show, you get more excited, thus giving you more momentum.

Momentum- Force of speed of movement as physical objects or course of events.

We want to keep up momentum of our business.
For example: Like a train. It takes a while to get started, but once it's moving, it can speed up more quickly. When it slows down, it takes more effort to get it going again.

Believe in Premier, the company, the founders, and your Premier Family
Seek God's direction in your lives through Premier.

Finding People to Sponsor
If you don't work your business, it WILL NOT work for you.

It's not rocket science- work smart, not hard. Follow what others have done before you, but don't feel that you have to re-invent the wheel. If something works, keep doing it.

THE KEY:
Home Hostess Coaching - Our Best Prospect for Sponsoring are our Hostesses

Do the following in about 30-35 minutes?
-Set up a date to pick up the guest list and drop off the catalogs
- Don?t Call it Home Hostess Coaching as it may offend the hostesses
-Verbiage, "I'll swing by on? and will pick up your guests list and drop off your
catalogs."
-Walk her through the hostess plan and help her understand how VITAL pre-sale orders are.
-Small food/ less stress/ she enjoys her show more
-Have her make her wish list (This provides motivation for her to have a larger show,
because she will earn more free jewelry.)
-Challenge her to get future bookings before her show, so she will earn more free jewelry.
-Explain to her that her show begins RIGHT NOW, so she can start selling pre-sales.

ALSO- Do a One-on-One with her right then. Keep it brief, to the point, and focused. If you do this, you will have a one-on-one with EVERY hostess you have a show for!
This will aromatically increase your number of jewelers, just by the sheer numbers of girls you share Premier with.

Verbiage: "I know you didn?t wake up this morning wanting to be a jewelry lady, When I started with Premier, I didn?t think I would either, but now?"

NOTE: People are not interested in Premier until they hear what we have to offer them with our company.

Then allow them to talk: Ask Questions
-What excited you the most about what I just told you? Then LISTEN TO THEM.
-What concerns you??- Then LISTEN to them.

If she wants to sign up right away, count her show towards her first shows as a new
Jeweler.

-Offer to revisit with she and her husband to answer questions he might have.
-Give her the DVD, 'Jim's Information for Men DVD? ordered off of Jim Johnson?s Premier
Website.

-Don?t call it A Contract, as it is intimidating. Instead reference it as PAPERWORK.
Make a Plan A- Premier Credit Card
Make a Plan B- Without the Premier Credit Card

NO WAY TO LOSE!
How quickly can you do 6-9 shows to earn back your investment?

Safety net of the jewelry purchase- For Example, Spend 475.00 and get 1,200 in jewelry
you can sell off your table if you want out of the business.

Best time spent in your business is Hostess Coaching.
Follow up with Hostesses, after talking with her (no longer than 2-3 days).
-Write down date and time to contact her and let her know you'll call her.
-Don't forget to write it down for yourself as well, so you remember.

Verbiage for calling Hostess Back to follow up on One-on-One:
-'I'm just calling you to hear your thoughts on the DVD! I'm so excited about this
opportunity for you and your family.'

Keep them moving forward in their decisions towards Premier.
'No,' means they don?t, 'KNOW ENOUGH' yet to make an educated decision. Help answer their
questions and answering their concerns.

Think Positively:
Think that every person at a show wants to Host one.
Think that every person that hears about Premier wants to join as a Jeweler.

TO DO:
-Read, 'The Secret' to keep your mind positive.
-Plant 'seeds' constantly to those around you and allow God to talk to them through you.
-Be excited about your job. Tell others how awesome it is, and be positive about it!

As your shows say, ?Watch me tonight and see how easy my job is! I get paid to play in
jewelry, meet awesome women, and eat cookies! Watch me tonight because you?ll forget that
I?m even at work!
Verbiage: "Could you use an extra 1,000 a month? What would you do with that money? You
could do this job, have as much fun as I do, meet great people, and make money! As we check out, let me know if you want to hear more about how you can have a great job like this too!?

***MAKE SURE TO ASK THE LADIES AT CHECK OUT ABOUT SCHEDULING A ONE-ON-ONE OR COMING TO A
PURSE NIGHT. ***Call to follow up with those women!

YOUR INCOME IS A DIRECT CORRALATION
TO HOW MUCH YOU PUT INTO PREMIER!

Pass the Box Activity for Shows- Forwarded from Krista Smiley

PASS THE GIFT GAME
Need a wrapped gift, or something in a gift bag; start
with the hostess holding the gift.

You can't keep the gift, but please no tears, give it to the
one you?ve known the longest years. Take the gift and
look around, and give it to someone with eyes of brown.

Now pass it gently, it's not a ball, hand it to someone who
is very tall. We've come to have fun, and that we are,
pass to the one that came from afar. Please, take your
time and use your head, give it to the one who is longest
wed! You must be proud of your married life, but you
must pass it to the newest wife.

You still have a chance so have no fear; pass it to the one
with the birthday near. You can't keep it, you must share,
pass it to the one with the longest hair. So far you?ve done
just as I have said, now pass it to the closest one wearing
red. It?s going around, first left than right, now pass it to
the closest wearing white. Did you win?. Not so fast, we
need to make one more pass. Now don't get cross and
please don?t fight, but pass it to the person who is fifth
on your right. We should stop now, don't you agree?
The gift is yours to open and see!

Devotional- Sent by Patsy Dove

Just up the road from my home is a field, with two horses in it.

[1a20a8.jpg]

From a distance, each horse looks like any other horse.

But if you stop your car, or are walking by, you will notice something quite amazing....

Looking into the eyes of one horse will disclose that he is blind.

His owner has chosen not to have him put down, but has made a good home for him.

[1a20b8.jpg]

This alone is amazing.

If you stand nearby and listen, you will hear the sound of a bell.

Looking around for the source of the sound, you will see that it comes from the smaller
horse in the field.

Attached to the horse's halter is a small bell.

It lets the blind friend know where the other horse is, so he can follow.

As you stand and watch these two friends,

You'll see that the horse with the bell is always checking on the blind horse,

And that the blind horse will listen for the bell and then slowly walk

To where the other horse is,

Trusting that he will not be led astray.

When the horse with the bell returns

To the shelter of the barn each evening,

It stops occasionally and looks back,

Making sure that the blind friend isn't too far behind to hear the bell.

[1a20c8.jpg]

Like the owners of these two horses,

God does not throw us away just because we are not perfect

Or because we have problems or challenges.

He watches over us and even brings others into our lives

To help us when we are in need..

Sometimes we are the blind horse

Being guided by the little ringing bell of those who God places in our lives.

Other times we are the guide horse, helping others to find their way....

Good friends are like that...

You may not always see them, but you know they are always there..

Please listen for my bell and I'll listen for yours.

And remember...

Be kinder than necessary-

Everyone you meet is fighting

Some kind of battle.

Live simply,

Love generously,

Care deeply,

Speak kindly.......

And leave the rest to God!

FOR WE WALK BY FAITH AND NOT BY SIGHT!

*Wherefore I put thee in remembrance that thou stir up the gift,
2Timothy1:6a.*

This is the most beautiful advice I have ever received in an email ....
Please don't close or delete this one before reading!

An Angel says, 'Never borrow from the future. If you worry about what may
happen tomorrow and it doesn't happen, you have worried in vain. Even if it
does happen, you have to worry twice.' *

1. Pray
2. Go to bed on time.
3. Get up on time so you can start the day unrushed.
4. Say No to projects that won't fit into your time schedule, or that will
compromise your mental health. *
5. Delegate tasks to capable others.
6. Simplify and unclutter your life.
7. Less is more (Although one is often not enough, two are often too many.)
8. Allow extra time to do things and to get to places. *
9. Pace yourself. Spread out big changes and difficult projects over time;
don't lump the hard things all together.
10. Take one day at a time.
11. Separate worries from concerns . If a situation is a concern, find out
what God would have you do and let go of the anxiety . If you can't do
anything about a situation, forget it.
12. Live within your budget; don't use credit cards for ordinary purchases.

13. Have backups; an extra car key in your wallet, an extra house key buried
in the garden, extra stamps, etc.
14. K.M.S. (Keep Mouth Shut). This single piece of advice can prevent an
enormous amount of trouble.
15. Do something for the Kid in You everyday. *
16. Carry a Bible with you to read while waiting in line.
17. Get enough rest.
18. Eat right.
19 Get organized so everything has its place. *
20. Listen to a tape while driving that can help improve your quality of
life.
21. Write down thoughts and inspirations.
22. Every day, find time to be alone.
23. Having problems? Talk to God on the spot. Try to nip small problems in
the bud. Don't wait until it's time to go to bed to try and pray.
24. Make friends with Godly people. *
25. Keep a folder of favorite scriptures on hand.
26. Remember that the shortest bridge between despair and hope is often a
good 'Thank you Jesus .'
27. Laugh.
28. Laugh some more!
29. Take your work seriously, but not yourself at all.
30. Develop a forgiving attitude (most people are doing the best they can).
31. Be kind to unkind people (they probably need it the most).
32. Sit on your ego.
33 Talk less; listen more.
34. Slow down.
35. Remind yourself that you are not the general manager of the universe.
36 Every night before bed, think of one thing you're grateful for that
you've never been grateful for before. GOD HAS A WAY OF TURNING THINGS
AROUND FOR YOU.

**'If God is for us, who can be against us?' **

How to Get Bookings! - Janet Googe

Jump Starting Your Business...AGAIN- Created By Janet Googe

Questions to ask yourself to better your business- Gary Googe- 9/2010

If you keep doing what you've been doing, you'll keep getting what you've been getting.
If you don't like what you're getting, change your habits and get something better.

How is my business?
How is my retail?
Do I have the shows? Is my calendar filled like I wanted it?
How is my sponsoring?
Am I doing enough one-on-ones?

If you sponsor people, it will make a huge difference in your business and in your retail.
As you help others succeed, you will get better. The teacher gets better as they teach.

People will complain about what they are or aren't getting, and yet they don't look for ways to change it.

Easy Changes to Better Your Business and Make More Money- Gary Googe- 9/2010

Easy Changes:

Presentation of yourself.
Dress and appearance is a factor. An easy thing to alter and change.
Present a professional look.
How you present yourself will make a big difference. Look like a jewelry lady.
Look well-packaged, as it creates good comments by making a sale, booking a show, or becoming a jeweler.
Your face and smile are your main assests. Have the 'yes' face on.

If you want to improve, you must make changes. You can't grow without making changes.
Look for ways to grow and make things better.

Why do we fight change? Even good habits can improve. If you aren't changing, you aren't getting better.
If you want to impact lives and make more money, you need to change.
What areas in my businesss do I need to improve on?
Seek to better yourself, as it is the heart of growing your business.

If you keep building your business, you will move up to where you want to go and you will reach your goals.
If your moving forward, you should be getting better.

Sponsoring Technique:
***If you don't have the money now to get into Premier, if you don't change your way, will you have that money this time

What do we Have in Premier?- Gary Googe- 9/2010

Importance of Knowing What We have in Premier. What do I actually have here?
-Can I do this?
-Is this what my sponsor told me it would be?

Get comfortable with Premier and get excited about your business.
A real key is to keep your excitement in Premier. Always revisit your excitement in Premier.
If you are truly excited, you won't have to worry about booking homeshows or sponsoring.
Be on fire and tell everyone with enthusiasum and show how blessed you are to be a part of Premier.
Be excited and continue to be excited.

This business works. The Premier Company continues to grow.
It will grow whether you grow or not.
This business isn't dependent on what you do with it.
It will go on without you. It does work and works well, whether you are a part or not.
Make the changes you need to make to make it work for you.
The company is growing better than ever, with or without you.

You don't have to know what you're doing, as long as you're excited, you can run your business.
Just put the jewelry in front of the ladies.
It's a simple business, not always easy, but simplistic.

Where is your enthusiasum level this morning? Where you excited about this morning? Make that attitude adjustment.
Whatever it takes to make you excited, make it happen. Whatever you've got to do, do it.
You can take it as far as you want, but you will only go as far as your attitude allows you to go.
If you don't lose your enthusiasum, your business will grow.

People who are distracted or discouraged will leave this business.
How they feel about their business, they follow thier emotions.
Its an extra emotion driven business.
If your attitude is out of wack, then your business will falter.

Help your excitement level by being with uplifting support.
Go to Trainings monthly and Rallies, regional and national.

If you have negativity or reservations, you will pollute people around you. Stinkin' Thinkin'!

MONEY!!!- Gary Googe- 9/2010

MONEY:

Do you realize how lucky we are to be gone for three hours in an evening and come home with a few hundred dollars.
It is such a priviledge to do what we do.
It is GREAT money, even with just a 100.00 show.
Be excited over just the possibility of doing that.
You will have no shows, low shows, canceled shows, but it should not effect your attitude of what you actually have.
We make 50% percent!
We have the 10-10-10 program in sponsoring!
We are sooooo lucky!!!

We have good reason to be excited about being in Premier.
Value what we have in Premier.

Making Time for your Business- Gary Googe- 9/2010

Making Time for your Business:

If you won't make time for home hostess coach, your business won't be as good.
If you don't attend training, you won't learn as much.

****IF YOU CUT CORNERS, YOU ARE CUTTING YOUR PROFIT.*****

If you treat your hostesses well, they will book again in the same year.
If you take care of your hostesses, they will take care of you.
Make follow-up calls, check in calls, send cards before and thank you letters afterwards, etc.
Stay in touch, send a small gift every once in a while, make them feel appreciated.
Send them your newsletter, or a hostess newletter to them.
Build that relationship, as you won't run out of homeshows.
No hit and run relationships.
Build the quality of your hostess relationships over quanity.
You aren't just 'that jewelry lady' but a friend who she can trust.

Premier doens't work by itself. You have to work your business daily to make it work.
you can work this business full-time, part-time, but not in your spare time. You cannot make money at a hobby, it cost you money.
Good sound business, you make a profit.
Devote time and work your business consitantly, about 20 hours a week.
If you don't give it time, it won't work for you.

BUILDING YOUR BUSINESS

You have to get help to build your business.
Get the help from your upline, and help your downline.
Reread your handbook. It's a book of answers. When was the last time you just read the handbook?
Listen to audio CDs and watch the videos again. See something you didn't see the first time through.
Are you making good use of your upline?
You need to call your upline and don't wait for them to call you.
Make it easy to work with you. Send letters and cards.
If you want help, reach out for it.
Be avaliable and presue people to work with.
Employ your teammates. It will be sweeter if you do.
Two heads are better than one.

Work Ethics- Gary Googe- 9/2010

General Work Ethic:
Are you working your business?
Do you have a work hours or schedule?
Are you putting effort into your business?
You have to go to work, or you'll be left out.
The secret to making Premier Money... Go to work.

PHONE:
It works if you pick it up!
Plan out your verbage before you call.
It gets easier the more you do it. It is your tool and your friend.
Texting doesn't work, but calling does.
You never have trouble talking about something that excites you. It's not problem if you're really excited.

If you can't wait to tell the prospective hostess about what she can get from a show, you'll get the show.
"I'd love to do a show for you! Look at what you'll get!!!"- Hostess Call
Don't come across that you are imposing on her or asking her for a favor.
It all comes from the way you presented it.
Excitement is contagious! Make it spread!

"I have never seen this as work. Of course I do work, but I'm excited about what I do every day. It's not work."- Gary
This is fun work as you never know what can come out of a home show or a day wearing jewelery.

One person can revolutionalize your business!!!

Growing Your Business- Gary Googe- July 2010

People want to be assosicated with a business that is growing.

Baseball analogy: If a team is winning, they have no problem selling seats. If a team is losing, no wants to go to the games.
Have your family growing, as it will create attention, thus more growth.
When your business is on the move, your business will grow as well.
When people see things happening with your business, they will want to join you.
People will wait to see how you're doing, and then see your success, they will join you as well.
If your business isn't on the move, people won't want to be a part of it.

The first year in the business will need to be jammed pack with Premier, as you are setting the foundation for your business.
Get stuff done that first year, as you will see the results immediately.
Momentum will attract others who want to be part of such a successful business.
Create that excitement in your family.
Point to your upline to create excitement. "They're doing it now, and I'm working to do it."
When people do well, others want to join it.

Keep your business simple and duplicable.- Gary Googe- 9/2010

Keep your business simple and duplicable.
Ladies should see things that they feel they can do.
Be a quality and professional show that others can do.
Jewelers will display jewelry in trays with different color backgrounds to go in quick and out quick.
If you have to make more than two trips to the car, you've got too much stuff.
If it looks like work, it should look like fun.
It's a simple business, so keep it that way.
Use the flipbook for the presentation. you may not need it, but they need to see you use it to show that it's that simple.
Your show should be around 45 minutes. If you're going longer, you're going too long and less, too short.
It needs to be duplicable. If not, you've already lost them.

Work with your people to help them sponsor.

Goal Setting- Gary Googe- 9/2010

Goal Setting:
Employ concepts to winning trips and reaching your goals.
You need to do what you ought to do to reach those goals.
Don't be distracted by goals that you don't want or need. Focus on vital goals for building your business.
The people who build this business are goal setters.
What is your main thing in building your business. Why do you want to build your business (From a business standpoint)

*****The main point or main goal should be:*********
Create designers in your downline.
You can sponsor all you want and you can have countless homeshows, but you have to do that again and again to make
that same money.
Having designers under you, you'll get commission, and not have to rework to get the money
Your main objective is to create designers in your downline.
Cut down on your homeshows to put time into your downline and making them designers.
Only sponsor 7 a year, then take the time to work with a person or two to help them create their designership.
You are on top of the situation. Their prospects are their prospects.
Go the shows with her, take her by the hand, and take her to designer. We will be there on stage together.
Talk with them regularly and daily. Ask how you're doing your show, do one-on-ones with them, help them find the prospects.
It takes time and effort, but it's a real committment you're making to their business.
They will reach their goals.
You have to chose ladies who are serious and will show themselves to you and you have to look for them.
You have to develop them. You can bring them around.
Help them change through influence.
Sponsoring is not optional. If they don't get involved in the sponsoring side of it, they won't make it. It's an accountabilty for them.

Sweeten the incentive for your downline.

Offer incentives for your downline to reach designer and their goals.

YOU have to MAKE it happen. Be in the habit of MAKING it happen.
BE PROMOTED EVERY SINGELE YEAR- in the Designer Program.

Example:
1989- Gary Started
1990-One Diamond
1991-Two Diamond
1992-Three Diamond
1993-Four Diamond
It was also much harder, as the seven people had to do two shows two months in a row, constantly.

Girl from Gulport, Mississippi- 78 Jewelers- Four Diamond Designer- Quality over Quanity

Look for them by their: enthusiasum, attending trainings, calls coming to you, drive, etc.

Sponsoring- Gary Googe- 9/2010

Brining in people for sponsoring:

-Offer the 200.00 Premier gives you
-You have to spend money to make money
-If you're not willing to offer that, you're not willing to build your business.
-Invest in your people, as they will bring in money if you are making wise choices.
You can't just wait around and hope for people.
If you want God to bless your business, you have to give Him something to bless.
You can just pray and hope God will bring them to you.
Be aggressive and serve people. Amaze them and go out of the way to satisfy them.
Do the unexpected in a good way.
When you bring someone in to the business, don't allow them any excuse to not succeed. Make sure of it too with your people.
Don't let it be thought or said that you didn't work with them to help them build a business.
Then you can celebrate together!
The finest thing you have to offer at a homeshow is the Sponsoring Activity, not the jewelry, not the booking, etc.
No matter how much retail you're doing, you're going to have to do that same thing again and again to make that same money.
When you go for a show, look for prospects, not just shows or sales. That's what builds your business.
Put the emphazies where it needs to be and not be distracted by other things.
When you have a downline, you get to know them best and have the opporutity to make and impact on their household.

The Nature of your Business and why it's important to understand what their part of:- Gary Googe- 9/2010

The Nature of your Business and why it's important to understand what their part of:

Isn't it true that most peole who come into Premier come in having been employeed.
Every job you come into, you are trained. Flipping burgers, provide a desk, etc.
Being a Jeweler in Premier, you are a business owner, and you have to think like one.
It's a change in your mindset and life style. If you act like an employee, your business will suffer. You have to be the boss.
Wake up and know that this is self-employement for you.
You can own your business in just a few months.
Invest money to build it, along with your time and energy.
Business ownership
You monoriting your own business.
Self-employment can be glorious or it can be terrible.
If your attitude is great, and you're excitement, then your business will grown.

Work with your People and Serve them Well- Gary Googe- 9/2010

Work with your People and Serve them Well:

When you serve someone well, you cannot be a source of conflict.
Have a servant's heart, not a selfish heart.
Live by, "How may I serve You?"
We are not prone to be servants, as we have a selfish nature. We have to work with God to counter that.
Remind yourself daily that you are a servant. You didn't come out of the womb saying please and thank you. You came out screaming wanting it your way.
Patience is a learned trait, as it's not natural.
You have to learn these things to be effective in business and in life too.
Joan and Andy have taught us and are the example of How May I Serve You. Cheif Servant Officer (CSO)
We need to be the Cheif Servant Officer in your business.
Business will improve when you improve, but help them to do that.
Have genuine interest in theirlives.
Put their concerns before yours. Understand where they're coming from in their life.

We all say we don't have time:
We'll have time to do the things we want to do.
We'll find the time to do the things we greatly desire.

Accountability- Gary Googe- 9/2010

Make Yourself Accountable to Others.

You will be doing better if you seek others encouragement and accountablility.
Summit yourself to that accountability.
Have someone to help hold you accountability as well as yourself.
If you've got people who will enourage and support you, you will 'pressure' you in a good way and you'll love the results.
Carry out your goals and great things will happen.

Determination- Gary Googe- 9/2010

Level of Determination:
How determined are you to build your business.
If you want it badly enough, you will make it happen, even though the opsticials. Just prepare for them. (No's to deal with)
You will experience all kinds of negative things in Premier, however make them into learning experiences.
The furtile soil are in the valleys of life. Take frustration and bad times and turn them around.
React well and learn from them, instead of letting them get you down.
Don't be reactive, be proactive in all situations.
Do you think God put you in Premier to fail? No way. But life and Premier isn't easy, but that doesn't mean it's bad, it's just life.
Take the "I'm not going to let this defeat me! It won't keep me down!"

Premier will work for anyone who puts their heart into it. If you do your best, your business will grow and you will find
success.

You never know how many people you'll impact every day.

Premier is much more than about money. So many stories about what people have been blessed with through the little box that gets
delivered to your front door.

Zig Ziggler- Business principals through the bible. Find his CDs and books.

Principals-
****The people that build this business, live from one trip to the next.****

Don't let contest interfer with your business, though.

Lot of fun things can come from this business. It revolves around the people and winning the trips.

Know what trips there are and REACH for those trips. Make them happen.

Let Premier pay for your vacations! :) Allow it to be your time away, and build your business that way.

Win the trips by focusing on your business. The trips will help you build your business.

One of th emost exciting by-products of Premier are the trips as you work to earn them!

MAKE A PLAN to win the trips!

Realize that all the Premier Contest are based on part-time business activity. 99% Jewelers in Premier work part-time.
They aren't working the full time hours that you might think that.

There's no reason why you can't all go on the trips. No reason why you can't reach your goals in Premier.

Follow the steps in reaching your goals:
-Determine the worthiness of each goal. Is it a realistic goal and is it worth of being a goal?

-Set this goal as a priority without it conflicting with things that should have a greater priority.
*Make sure you don't dump your goal for other things of more importance

-Have the resolve "You may be whatever you resolve to be." Make it happen. Make a habit reaching your goals.

-Must be excited about reaching the goal. Your excitment is more important than the actual goal. If you want, you will.
*If your life depended on it, and you had that kind of resolve, would you book a show for tomorrow night? Ofcourse.
Have that kind of resolve.
*If you want it that badly enough, you will do it.
*How many of you got into Premier to fail?

-Share your goal with as many other supportive people as possible. By publically declaring your goal, you will make it happen
and have the support of others.
*Share your goal so you have that support and accountability. You'll do better when you pronounce that goal.
*If you have the enthusiasum and the engery and resolve, you will make it happen.
*Share your goals.
*Seek to get their help.

-If you ask for help from supportive people, you will get it. At least they'll pray for you to reach your goal.

-Get equipt. Be sure to get trained to be able to do the things to win.
*It's not as important as your energy and excitement, but it is vital.
*Skills are important and you'll want to train

-If you are excited, people will want to ask questions about Premier
*Questions lead to reaching your goals.

Breakdown the time frame in which you have time to reach those goals. Determine what you must accomplish in each week, month,
inch by inch is a sinch, but yard by yard it is hard.
*Don't let the numbers overwhelm you. Steadly work your business. Don't play catch up.

-Keep the dream in front of you EVERYDAY. Put things on your desk, kitchen, bath to be reminded and stimulated by your goal.
*If it's on your mind, it will put you into action. If you are serious you'll do it.
*Be reminded daily of it, and that's the key.

-Make time for your business.
*You may have to rearrange your life to make your business a priority.
*You have to have time to work your business, however you were busy when you got into Premier. So, make room for Premier.
*If you cannot make room for you business, it will just frustrate you.
*You may have to even drop things to reach your goal. Evaulate what is most imporant in reaching your goal.
*People often waste a huge amount of time when you could do something to get closer to their goals.
*6-7 hours a day watching TV (Most Americans) :(
*How are your activities improving your life and your family? What are you doing to better your situation every day?
*What are you doing with your time?
*Devote some time to your business, and it will change your life for the long term, not just in the moment.

-Be dilegent to accomplish your goals. Your reward will make it all worth what you put into it.
*Arnold Palmer, "You could play golf to play like me if you were up at sunup and had blisters on your hands, and gone out
on the course when you didn't feel well, and spent hours and hours to practice, THEN he enjoys the vitories of his work."
*You have to pay the price to enjoy what you have earned.
*If you want to be a senior leader, you have to work trip to trip and then you get your reward.

-If you make sound choices, God will bless sound choices. He will listen to your prayers and know you are honoring him.

-Don't let yourself get distracted. Many people get distracted and lose focus on their goal.
*Two reasons people leave Premier: 1.)Discouraged (Lost their hope) 2.) Distracted (Let other things get in the way.)
*If you find you're distracted, acknowledge that you've lost your focus, then refocus and get back on track.
*Get support from others to help you refocus.

-Saying no, can be difficult, but they are interfering with the BEST things, reaching your goals.

-Don't give up on your own goals. Your upline shouldn't set your goals, and they can help you reach your goals, but
you need to determine your own goals.
*When you decide what your goals are, they will be more vital to you.
*Everyday you'll get really skilled as a jeweler if you are trying to learn.
*Never quit, dispite the difficulites that will arrise.

-PRAY
*God is not one to bring disappointment when you are working hard on your goals. He will reward hard work.

-Work trip to trip and work hard to win everyone of them!
*Use them as fun times, but also to build their business effectively.

-When you look at your calendars, that's your Business checkup: Shows, One-on-ones for yourself, One-on-ones you're helping
your downline with, trainings, etc.
*What you are doing with your time determines what your business will become.

-All trip contest are built on CV.
*Have hostesses get all half-price items they've earned
*Have the hostess share her half-priced items with her best friend, mother, sister, etc.
*Have new jewelers get Gold Package.

-If you want members of your downline to go on trips with you, train them to sponsor and get their hostesses go get 1/2 items
*Help your downline by working as a team and plan your trips together!!!
*It's easier and more fun working together.
*Make those memories together and celebrate reaching your goals together.
*Build friendships and fellowship together on the trips.

-All of these things will help you make money in Premier and enjoy it.
*You'll be a far better jeweler by working to win the trip contest!

Designers Meeting- Tips and Ideas for Leaders in Premier- National Rally July 2010

Designer's Training- Tips and Ideas for Leaders in Premier!

"Have vision, purpose, and mission generated by faith and by desire to honor God. Your dreams will become a reality."- Andy's vision for Premier

Married 64 years ago. Joan and Andy

Premier Mother- Joan Honer

We are here because we are leadership. We still have the same purspose and philosophy and plan.

-Summertime is always the most favoirte time of mine. Sports rained in our home, and we followed all of our children's activiites. I love summertime and still do.
Many fond memories were made during the summer. Ants were pest, but we are told to talk a lesson from them in proverbs.

Ants labor hard in the summer to gather food for the winter. They work on their own, and are deligent in their efforts.

We are told to be wise and learn from the ants.
"Lazy bones, how long are you going to sleep... if you lay in bed, you will live in poverty." Proverbs

Follow the ants example of working hard, and seeing what you gain.

American business creates wealth. There's no limit in what we can do when we have the freedom to make work we want.

Major skills are not required, but then we share the opportunity with others and slowly everything expands and we build our businesses.

Sponsoring is effected in a positive way due to the low economy.

Direct Servicing is what we call our business.

Direct Sales are doing well, and our best year was this past year. In our 25th year, we are doing our best yet.

We are in our best business possible, as we control our future.

What should our mark on the business world be? Our ingrediants should be integrity, honesty, and serving.

Please God first, have integrity and be honest in our business deals.

Proverbs 16:11- The Lord demands honesty in every business deal.

Be ethical which means to be fair.

Three examples in the old testiment:
1. Samual- Led people to King Saul's Kingship- "I have done as you've asked and given you a king above others. I have served you and tell me as I stand before the Lord, who's ox have I stolen
? Have I every stolen? Have I ever oppressed you or taken a bride?" His life was an example of what we need to be like. He was honest in his business dealings in what God gave him. He held himself
accountable to his people. Am I like this as a leader?

It's your choice to be moral or immoral, but you must chose your ethics. You need to teach your downline your business ethicallly.

Ordinary men in a secular world who made ethical decisions which greatly effected their lives in positive ways.
Norm Miller (Interstate Batteries) and JC Penny. These men are modern men who live ethically and their businesses have lead.

Follow God's leading at all cost. 1990 there was a split in the company, and God blessed our business because we were ethically well.

Keep promises, tell the truth, be kind and forgiving. Begin it in your hearts.

Follow through in what you say you will do. If you way you will pray for someone, do it.

PSalm 15- Picture of a true gentleman and a Premier person
1. Walk uprightly- Be honest
2. Do what is right- what do you promote?
3. speak the truth- do you tell white lies
4. Do not backstab- Do I talk abou others
5. Does no harm to neighbor- Do you hurt other jewelers?
6. Remains loyal to friends- Are you loyal
7. Honor those who honor the Lord- Choce your friends wisely
8. Keeps your word- Are you trustworthy and relieable?
9. Does not charge interest in the money they lend-
10. Refuse to accept bribes.- Honesty in your business

What is right? What is best for Premier??

The quality of our character is what matters most to God.

Thoughts, words, actions.

Be known for our integrity. Lead in this area for your downlines.
Premier is in God's favor b/c we tried to have integrity.

Inspiration and Motivation- Mrs. Hemmingway- Husband's Ethics Award:- July 2010 National Rally

Mrs. Hemmingway- Husband's Ethics Award:

Three Grandsons who live close to her. In the pool together and splashing her, and she did some drama I am a little old lady.
Oh no, Grandma, you're not little. Premier Designs isn't little anymore.

When you're in the marine core, you are sent everywhere. Officers are sent to learn admistration, tactects, etc. General officers
know a general amount about a lot of times. Move 18 times in his career, and each place had a specific purpose: prayer, holy spirit,
bible study, etc. God did this to provide a broad view to show His plan. Through this we learned so much. God worked and moved through
these moves.

How does relate to Premier. When you were young, you made a candle. You got a milk carton, cut off the top, put the candle in the middle
put liquid parphin and you peal away the cartan, and you had a beautiful candle.

Premier in many ways is like that candle. The milk carton is the values and integrity that Premier has. That's the environment we are in in Premier.
The candle is Premier, and it's His light that is the shining light of the company. The ice cubes are people we meet, the trainings, and mold us.

God could have us due difficult jobs like garbage collecting, however we are being molded by the amazing company of Premier. As God molds us and
warms us up, we become more plable, (even a melt down). His light is in the middle of it, and situations will fade away in eternity, however
the lace of our character will be left for heaven and God. His strength is made perfect in our weaknesses. God shines through our weaknesses, and we are made
stronger through him. We are so blessed to be part of this company!

Andy Horner- July 2010 National Rally

Andy Horner-

After all the employees are taken care off, then we give to the missions. We have never missed a commission in 25 years. We are financially free and debt-free.
When you give, you receive more than you ever thought.

You are very unusual in a very good way. What I see is all of you. All of you are leaders in this company. Leadership is not a right, it is a seriuos responsibility. Because of you, Premier has been successful and has fullfilled our pursose and philosophy because of you. God has taken us further than we every thought possible. You and you an dyou are the responsiblity for
what has happened in Premier.

It's only beginning. What you've done is in the past and you must look into the future. What responsiblities you have to move this company into the second generation by doing things that make us
successful: Hard work, bible, philosophy, stay out of debt, good money practices, making money.

You can be a christian, but if you don't do what is right, it won't bring good results. Be sound in what you are doing.

What has make us sucessful: Our philosophy build on the bible build on integrity.

We have four unique reasons we have a business: not the bottom line, not the profit, not making money, etc.
Our Four Purposes are vital because it has the basic foundation of the word of God.

We did things right. 1.) To get mom's back into the home. 2.) Single Parents 3.)Part- Time Chruch people 4.) Missionaries

Most important things to learn from the past:
Listen to me very carefully. Honor the past, but build for the future.

In building for the future, will it be dynamic and different, from when we build the future from the past? I think it will be more exciting than ever before.

One thing we have done is called Purpose- Power of Prayer. Prayer gives us the power to succeed.

Unity- of spirit and fellowship and togetherness.

Relationships- With the Lord through prayer and with others. Enrich every life we touch. You cannot do that without being positivilly blessed.
- People need more than money. They need change in their lives. They need love, support, worth and value. Provide that for people. Show them their value and that they are worthy. Add to them
an opportunity. Build self-confidance in others.

Opporunity- Give this to others to better their lives and provide them with ways to change for the better. Add to other's lives

Serving- You cannot reach out to others, without being changed and bettered yourself. God created you and gave you worth and a value. No one has ever told you how precious you are.

Everlasting-

"I struggle b/c I cannot identify you now, it's not that I don't love you. What you have done for Joan and I is beyond anything that you could ever have done. God had a plan and I had a plan and God's plan and what he put us through to get that plan into opporation. I want to thank you for waht you are doing and have done. It's not about us. It's the most amazing thing. It's a miracle. We just cannot understand it. As we move into the next generation, building our future. If you will continue to stand our our biblical principals, you will get so much more from giving. You will get when you give.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for what you have done to fullfill a vision with God's help. I tell you, I just can't describe it. But I thank you." Andy

Investing in your downline and helping it grow- Julie Miller -Silver Excutive Director- July 2010 National Rally

Do:- Go to Premier Website and go to Her Training to get ALL the paperwork to give out and follow

Things that are making a difference for our new jewelers. - Work closely, training them, encourage them, stay in close contact with them.

We cannot do the work for our new jewelers. However we can help set their visions and expectations of how they do things to develope a business to meet their needs and feel successful.

For too many years we would sponsor years, sometimes making quick start, then hardly had enough shows on their calendar to keep going. Or they'd get excited and pull too many ideas from everywhere and ended up frustrated.

If a woman doesn't feel good about something, they will not keep doing it. It's the emotional side of us. They will pull back and start coasting.

So, starat focusing on duplicaable systems to keep the jewelers on track and an easy way to help them have everything they need.

Number One Priority
-Keep it simple
-Start a new Jeweler Folder- Breaks down the key things a new jeweler needs to do along with incives, show layout, and upline contacts.
-Jeweler Resources, Business Forms, Optional New Jeweler folder

New System to help ALL Jewelers Checklist to Train a new jeweler for success:
-Any new or old jeweler will use this, and will have an outstanding foundation for success.
-It makes it easy for Sponsoring Jewelers to be able to tell a new jeweler how to do it. Everything you need is right here, it's all done for you.
-Many jewelers start sponosing right away due to this Training Timeline. There is no fear or guess work.

Key Step in helping to build a Premier Family- Set realistic expectations for the Effort and Vision needed for Success.

No business venture will work unless you are determined to be successful. Help them stay focused to find success.

Phrasees to use during One-on-Ones: Help them manage their expectitions to have their mind set for success.
* This business works if you work. This is not a life or death decision. If you get in and don't like it, you have all this jewelry. However, we all know tha tno business will not work without you working.

Things happen and it's not going to be perfect or always easy, but it's an awesome business to make friends.

No business anywhere will work if you dono't work. One thing I love about Premier is that you set your own goals and work a tyour own pase, but you still have to wo
rk. I'm there to help you along the way.

Service and Integrity- Gary and Janet Googe- 21 Years- 2010 July National Rally

Gary and Janet- Service and Integrity- 21 Years

We have an interesting situation here in Premier with Leadership. Most people come into Premier untrusting, due to past expereinces with homeshows.

Andy spent lots of time talking with people in OPs about Trusting us in Premier.

Integrity- Strength- Having a high moral plane and standard. Practicing strong ethical standards. Making a habit of doing those honest things.

If you don't tell the truth, if you aren't punctual, etc. it's a lack of integrity.

Make yourself do it, even when you don't want to.

Do the right things in the right spirit.

Not only will it build you a good business, but a good life.

Ask yourself, "If every jeweler was just like me, what would the Premier company be?"

As an example, think of Andy getting his employee coffee at the Rally and how they handled the split in 1990. Read By Chance or By Design for more examples.

Hostess Coaching- Dianne Breakstone- 19 Years- Gold Executive Director- July 2010 National Rally

Dianne Breakstone- 19 Years- Gold Executive Director
Hosting Coaching:

Homeshows are the lifelines of our business. Your business rises and falls on your shows. Teaching your hostesses is so important and worth it. We all want more shows, higher retail and more New Jewelers.
Hostess Coaching can accomplish that.

Homeshows shouldn't be left to chance and needs to be taken very seriously. The basic elements of the homeshow haven't changed in 25 years. It works. However, we need to have our Hostesses help us succeed.

Hostesses think they need to have good food for good shows. That is not true.

1.) The night she books a show, be excited and thankful that she is futhering our business and helping us. Estabish a friendship right away by finding a common bond.
- By making her a friend, you will both be more committed to the show. Keep it personal.
-Let her know about the FREE jewelry wshe's going to get by being your teammate. It's a partnership. Teach her to use the 25.00 bonuses as her goals for the evening.
-Hostess Packet (Take at least four to each homeshow). Always be positive and confident.
-Put a Girlfriend Packet into the Hostess Packet so a friend can also learn about Premier and help her get orders.
-Her shows starts that NIGHT. Start selling right away.
-Have her get her calendar out and book the show AND the time you'll meet up to talk with her about her show.

2.) Home Hostess Coaching:
