This is so exciting! Gary and Janet Googe, the Senior Leaders in our upline, have created the Premier Designer Dream Team! And... we have been offered a coveted spot to be in this unique and specialize group!
How the name came to be...
Designer- Our Objective in this Group
Dream- Our Focus and Goals
Team- How We Will Get There by the Support of Others
As Premier Jewelers, we have the BEST job! We are FREE to be our own boss, to call the shots, to schedule our days, to build our business as big as we want, and to make it whatever we want to make it!!! Why not take this awesome opportunity in Premier even further!!!
Gary and his family created DDT- Designer Dream Team two years ago. This is an opportunity for Jewelers to build their businesses and better their lives through Premier! Some of the topics to be covered are during these trainings are:
-Going FULL TIME in Premier!
-Earning Potential-Premier Designers Bonuses?
-Basics of Building
-Dressing for Success
-Tips for Asking for Sales
-Value of Partnering
-Main Objectives in Premier
-Getting One-on-One Opportunities
-Dealing with Discouragement
-Investing your Capital
-Knowing your Prospects Temperaments
-Asking for and closing sales
-Diligence and Patience
-Building Designers in your own Downline
To name just a few!!!
Ask yourself right now, "What am I doing to create interest in Premier?"
Joining the DDT Group will allow you to create more interest in the business for you and for others!
DDT- Designer Dream Team creates numerous incentives for people to attend.
-When you attend, you provide $5.00 per visit.
-The first person to advance/ promote in Premier, will get ALL the money saved from EVERYONE from EVERY Training!!!
(That's a lot of money and a great incentive to reach your goals!)
**If you miss a meeting, you must pay for your missed meeting ($5.00) plus the current training you are attending. (This prohibits people from just coming to one or two meetings, then getting all the money when they promote.)
DDT will meet every other week, twice a month. This is important, and should be made a priority on your calendar and in your life. This keeps people excited, interested, and focused on their short and long-term goals in Premier.
"NO ONE BUILDS A BUSINESS QUICKLY, MEETING ONLY ONCE A MONTH," Gary Googe. If they miss a meeting, and you only meet once a month, then you don't see them again for over two months! This is why we must meet two times a month!
To be in DDT, you must Commit to:
*Four Shows a Month
*Attending ONE Purse Night a Month (with or without bringing someone)
*THREE one-on-ones a month (Just do these with each of your hostesses, and you will make your quota!)
*Attending all DDT Trainings (Twice a month)
*Attending one Training per month beside the DDT
TrainingDDT is not for everyone and you need to seriously consider and pray over this opportunity prior to making this commitment.
HOWEVER, if you dedicate yourself to DDT, you WILL see RESULTS QUICKLY!
For example: Your goal should be to be promoted at least once EVERY year. So, if you are a Jeweler now, you'll want to become a builder. If you are a builder now, you'll want to be come a Designer this year, etc., to One Diamond, to Two Diamond. Etc.
DDT will help you achieve this goal QUICKLY.
If you participate and apply your knowledge, you WILL build a business quickly!
Point System:
You will earn points between each DDT Training, which will be reported the night of that training.
You will gain points for:
*Hosting Shows
*Attending Shows
*Attending Purse Nights (with or without guests)
*Attending Trainings
*Doing one-on-ones
*Sponsoring New Jewelers
*Bringing people to Trainings
*Etc.
These are friendly promotions to help you focus and stay on track. The points will then equate to tickets, and those with the most tickets win incentives from Renita.
If you are interested in learning more about our DDT-Designers Dream Team, please contact me, and I will pass your name onto Renita. She will then get you the contract to sign, so you can officially become a DDT Member!!!
