Cindy Sturtridge - 5 Diamond, VA Beach, VA - “ Being Uniquely You”

Often we try to be other people and find ourselves negatively ‘self talking’ in our minds.

90% of what we worry about and are concerned about, never really happens.

We need to really evaluate who we are and who we want to be. Don’t hold yourself back by your negative thoughts and complaining to others. Be yourself and put your own positive spin on what you do.

We are our own worst enemy, and we feed on our negative aspects.

God put us into Premier for certain reasons. We need to go back to His Word, the Bible, and see His plans. Psalms 139:13-14 says, “He made us in our mother’s womb and he knows us full well.”
We need to know God’s love FULL WELL.

Be successful in Premier by being uniquely you, and turn our business over to God.

Have Passion, Purpose, and Pursuit in your business.

Don’t be so heavenly minded that you’re no good. You must work to get your business to work.

Steps: Think like we’re the owner of the business, not an employee.

-We meet new people ever day, so we have opportunities to share Premier with each of those people. Like a one-a-day vitamin, we take a vitamin daily, and we need to share Premier with others every day. (Even if it’s only one person every other day, you still get to share Premier with 15 people per month.)

-Create a People Bag: This is a bag or list that you add one name a day to. This is the name of someone you have spoken to about Premier.

Ideas:
1- Host a Mall Scavenger Hunt with your downline:
- Meet with your girls, Eat with them, and send them out with paper and questions. The Jeweler who returns with names and numbers from people in the Mall, get their name in the 10.00 raffle.

2- Set up tent in mall, with tote bags hanging (from the Serve-Us Store) Just wait and chat with people who come up to ask about getting a bag. She signed up 11 jewelers in 12 months from this idea.

3- Host Spaghetti Dinners- This is a quick dinner meant to share Premier with others held twice a month.

4- Seek Book Clubs, referrals, church sales, Pre-sale orders, and ask others to come over to show them jewelry in person.

Make Sure to Rebook Hostesses for EVERY New Catalog:

1.) Build Personal Relationships with your hostesses:
-Be YOU. Don’t be someone else. People realize who you are and will want to know you. Talk to you as if she were your best friend, just as Andy talks to us at Rallies.

Ways to Build Solid Relationships:
Take time to know about your hostesses, customers, downlines, etc.
-Talk about their passions, the things they love, the parts of their life they want to share.
-Call to just say thank you for ordering from me, send cards and facebook messages.
-People always need true friends, so reach out and help them begin to trust you.
-If you go out of town, let people know you are going out of town, and see if you can follow up after your return.

2.) Make a schedule and Work your Schedule: Have Discipline
- Set HIGH goals. My goals are so big that when you don’t make them all, you still accomplish so much.
-Write your goals down, and put them up on your fridge. (Make a list of 10 things you want to do a day, and get done 3-5 of them.)
-When you were a first jeweler, you were so excited. Revisit that feeling and get excited again!

3.)Constance, Duplication, and Time
Dare to Dream, Work to Win- Read This Book!!!

-Premier is just like College
*Freshman -nerd and can’t find locker
(In Premier, we are just learning the ropes.)

*Sophomore -know where your classes are
(In Premier, we are slowly learning, and feeling more secure.)

*Junior- Joining clubs, etc.
(In Premier, we are starting to take leadership roles, and help others.)

*Senior- helping the freshman
(Being a leader, and helping our downline succeed.)

“Have courage, have positive self-talk, and know what’s in it for you. Don’t give up until your bottom falls off.”

God places those in your path that He wants you to be in business or relationships with.
Pray, “God thank you for making me…(Insert your name here.)

I praise YOU BECAUSE I AM FEARULLY AND WONDERFULLY MADE: YOUR WORKS ARE WONDERFUL, I KNOW THAT Full Well.Don’t miss what God has planned for you.
