Training: 4 Diamond- 10 years- NY- Samantha Karcher
What is the one saying that we say? “Those who train, remain!”
In every job, you have to train! Everyone who leads trainings, do it for FREE! No one is paid to host trainings, however we see their dedication. With dedication, comes success.
Get involved at monthly trainings: Set-Up, Clean up, Name tag writer, greeter, etc. My getting involved, you are committing yourself, and helping your business, by being there, speaking with other jewelers, and learning!
Be a leader and look for leadership skills in your own downline and in people around you, so you can help build them up and help them to see their gifts.
God takes our weaknesses and turns them into strengths (He turned Moses who stuttered, into a public speaker!) He can take your weaknesses and turn them into strengths.
Pray for strength and knowledge for guidance.
2) Don’t be an undercover jeweler:
Tell Family, Friends, and everyone you know what you do. Be excited!
Make a list of all men and women you know, write them on notecards and call a few each day:
Example Verbiage:
Hi Val, how are you?I’m so excited to tell you about my New Jewelry Premier Business.
I need three friends to help me out. I’ll bring my jewelry, we’ll have some coffee and have some friends over.
“When can I stop by next week to drop off some materials and a gift for you?”
If they say no:
“I’m going to be a jewelry lady for a long time, can I call you in a few months. FOLLOW UP!”
Or:
Call customers 45 days after the show to follow up with them, or book a show with them to see our new line of jewelry.
Other Ideas:
Call local Chambers of Commerce to get information or your name out as Jeweler.
Join a new club or sport to meet people to share Premier with.
Update your hair by looking at magazines or watch QVC to see what’s in style.
3. Focus on WHO YOU ARE and follow your heart.
Don’t’ try to be like other jewelers who you are not. Be who you are.
4.) To help your New Jewelers:
Sign paperwork and get Jeweler Number for them.
Send a personal note- saying how excited you are and that they made the RIGHT decision. Put into the blank calendar, plus the verbiage to say when calling friends to get shows. Just help them focus on getting shows to start their businesses.
AWESOME IDEA!!!
1.) After your new Jeweler’s training show, due a mystery hostess show the day after their Training Show. They already have their jewelry up and snacks prepared. Call everyone that couldn’t come and ask if they could come to a special showing. Every 25.00 that you spend, you get another chance to win to be the hostess. This way you get TWO shows from your training show!
2.) Have a Mock Homeshow for your Jewelers. Have Jewelers come over and practice her show from beginning to end. Walk through it with them to help better their show and also provide her confidence.
3.) Before shows, send emails to your downline for good luck and have them call you the day after the show, or call them. This is a must! We want to hear how they did, so we can celebrate or build them up. See how they can better themselves and better their retail and shows.
First 30 days, your new Jeweler is a Booking Machine and after 30 Days, discuss Sponsoring with them.
Schedule a time with their family and friend to sit down together and share Premier with them. (Like a Purse Night for the Jeweler’s friends and family.)
4.) Have a vision for their business. Write down 100 dreams they want to accomplish.
Ask them:
-Is this a hobby or a career?-Where do you see yourself in a year?
-The difference between Jewelers and Directors is that Directors set time aside every day to do a bit of Premier and they NEVER, Never quit.
Always stay in touch with your upline. YOU are responsible for YOUR business. We are all working our business while living our lives. So, if you are struggling, you must let us know.
ALWAYS go to training. If you are a superstar, go to share, and if you are struggling, go get help and support.
You are in charge of the future of YOUR business, so make your future a success!
