Different Levels and Recognitions for Premier

I'm not sure if you've had the time to learn of the different levels Premier has to recognize their Jewelers, but Joan and Andy are so awesome at recognizing us for our accomplishments, and for rewarding us for reaching our set goals.

Here are the steps and recognitions created by Andy and Joan, just so you can have an idea of how many goals there are to reach in our company! If we don't set our goals, then we will never know to reach them!

First:
When you join Premier, you receive a number and that makes you a JEWELER!!

**Opportunities for NEW JEWELERS:
1.) Quick Start-
Have six shows in 45 days of your Training Show and receive 200.00 in FREE Jewelry.

Have nine shows in 45 days of your Training Show and receive 400.00 in FREE Jewelry.

2.) Joan's Rookie Team-
Sponsor two new Jewelers in your first six months and you will receive:300.00 in Retail Jewelry Certificates and a Custom Designed Rookie Team Pin!

Recognition on the on-line Rookie Team Wall of Fame!

3.) Next is BUILDER.
To become this, you must:
-Sponsor 4 First Level Jewelers
-Have 24 Home ShowsThird,

4.) Next is DESIGNER.
To become this, you must:
-Sponsor 7 First Level Jewelers
-Have 36 Home ShowsFourth

5.) Next is Diamond Designer:
-8-18 First Level Jewelers-Have a Designer in your 10-10-10 Downline
-Have 24-36 Home Shows

6.) One Diamond Designer:
-One Designer in your 10-10-10
-At least 8 First Level Jewelers
-At least 36 Home ShowsSixth

7.) Two Diamond Designer:
-Three Designers in your 10-10-10
-At least 9 First Level Jewelers
-At least 36 Home Shows

8.) Three Diamond Desinger:
-Six Designer in your 10-10-10
-At least 10 First Level Jewelers
-At least 36 Home Shows

Etc, Etc, Etc...Also, at both the Reginal Rally in Philly, (January 22, 23, and 24th) and at the National Rally next July 2010), you will be recognized for the goals you reached, by being invited to walk across the stage.

This year in Texas, we had girls from our Premier Family recognized for Quick Starts, Founder's Club, Builders, Home Show Clubs, One Diamond Designer (Go Renita!!), and so much more!! It's worth all the work, when the feeling of success soaks in!!!

God is really and truly impressive when you consider how much He has done in our Premier Family alone.

Andrea and Matt signed Chris and I up last June 2008 and so we just started our 15th month with Premier. That's not much time in the company. God has blessed us with so many amazing families who He has brought to our Premier family, and in those 15 short months, we now have 20 people in our 10-10-10 and 23 people when you add our two great-great grandbabies in Georgia (Aimee and Michael's Premier Children). We did NOT do this, God did! God had this vision for Chris and I with Premier, and it is through Him that our Premier family continues to grow.

So, continue to pray over your business, and believe that He will do great things in your lives through Premier!
