Instructions for FUNdRaiser

Thank you for participating in this FUNdRaiser. For your time and effort, we are going to allow you to purchase any one item in the jewelry catalog at half-price. Plus, you also have the option to receive 20% of your total jewelry sales (including your half-price item) in FREE jewelry. You only pay for shipping ($4) and sales tax.


How the FUNdRaiser Works:
You obtain customer orders from your friends, family, co-workers, neighbors, church members, hairdresser, nail salon, tanning salon, and so on. You collect the payment at the time of sale. The jewelry will be sent directly to you approximately 14 days after we submit the order to Premier's Home Office. The jewelry will be individually packaged per customer so you will not have to figure out who bought what. You just need to deliver the jewelry to the purchaser. Fifty percent of the sales profit will go to your organization. For each $500 in jewelry sales that's approximately $100 for your organization.


How to fill out your Customer's Receipt:
Fill out a Customer Receipt form for each customer. If they buy more than 5 items then use another Customer Receipt form and label it “2 of 2” and reprint the Customer's Name on the second page. Customer information (name, phone, address, email, and purchase date) should be filled out completely and printed legibly.


Please record the customer's selections using the item numbers, sizes, quantities and names of the jewelry items from the catalog. It is very important to print both the item numbers and the item descriptions on the form so that we can make sure we order the correct items. Rings come only in the whole sizes listed in the catalog. Don't forget to have your customer sign their receipt where is says “Buyers Signature”.


Once the order is complete, give the customer the pink copies and keep the white copy. You will return the white copy along with the parent's Summary Sheet and customers' payments to the school. We accept cash, checks, VISA, and MasterCard. We DO NOT accept Discover. For VISA and MasterCard payments, make sure you print on the Customer Receipt the credit card number, expiration date, customer name as it appears on the card, customer' billing street address and zip code of card, and the 3-digit security code from back of card. Checks should be made payable to Ashley Crowe-Beahm.


For your convenience we have included a tax chart so that you may total your customers' jewelry selections, shipping and tax due with ease. Jewelry Sales as well as Shipping & Handling are taxable items.

Getting Your FREE Jewelry after you obtain all your Customer Orders:
You have the option to buy one-item at half price which you also get 20% back in FREE. If you want to purchase more jewelry for yourself in addition to the half-price item, then fill out a customer receipt form for yourself, just like you did above for your customers. You will also get 20% of what you buy for yourself back in FREE jewelry.


Complete the Participant Summary Sheet.

Pick out your FREE jewelry selections from our catalog.
Add the catalog price of all your FREE jewelry selections to determine the total amount of FREE jewelry chosen.

Add $4.00 for shipping and handling of your selections (You must pay sales tax on shipping and handling fees).

This total is the amount that you must pay local sales tax on. Multiply this total by your local sales tax.

Add the $4.00 shipping and handling fee to the tax due amount and this is the amount that you owe for your FREE jewelry. For your amount due, we accept Cash, Checks, VISA and MasterCard. For VISA and MasterCard payments, make sure you print below your credit card number, expiration date, name as it appears on the card, billing address of card, and the 3-digit security code from back of card. Checks should be made payable to Ashley Crowe-Beahm.

The purpose of this packet is to provide you with information regarding a FUNdRaiser opportunity with myself Ashley Crowe-Beahm, Independent Premier Designs Jewelers.

I have been associated with Premier Designs since October 2008. I would like to enlist the parents of your school/organization to sell Premier Designs Jewelry as a FUNdRaiser.

The parents obtain jewelry orders from their friends, families, neighbors and co-workers during a 4-week period. I will then give 40% of the profit after expenses are take out to the school/organization. As you can see, it is a unique opportunity to raise money!


The FUNdRaiser is extremely flexible, and the school/organization is able to participate!
We will supply each of the parents with a Parent Packet containing:
A customized cover letter (that you review) explaining the FUNdRaiser.
Sample Cover Letter Attached

25 Customer Receipts
Written instructions on how to complete a Customer Receipt form
Written instructions on how to order their FREE Jewelry


I will provide the Parent Packets at the school/organization's FUNdRaiser Kickoff and pick up the packets in 4 weeks. I will then order the customers' jewelry and the parents' FREE jewelry. The orders will be shipped directly to the parents in about 2 weeks for distribution.


I would like to do the FUNdRaiser early this fall to provide the customers the opportunity to do some early Holiday shopping and allow the parents the opportunity to use the FREE jewelry for Holiday gifts. Also, I am confident that you may want to do another FUNdRaiser this spring but certainly again next year based on the results you experience from the FUNdRaiser.
