Goal Setting by Jen Holden

Set realistic goals.

If you have 20 shows a year, set your goals for ten more, thus making about 2000 more a year!

If you sponosored two girls this past year, set the goal to sponsor three girls in the next year to make extra money. (Plus 600.00 for signing up people then commission on top of that. (About 150.00 per month from them).
If you called three people a week, now call four or five a week to keep contact.

Action Plans:
How many trainings do you plan to attend?
How many Purse Nights will you plan to attend?
How many calls you plan to make per week?
What Rallies do you plan to attend?
Partner with a person to keep accountable and focused.
Plus, this helps to encourage you and motivate you.

Do:
4x4x4 Calls -Four calls, for four days for four weeks to watch your Business grow
Sponsor: Keep up with your jewelers through CV and reward them as well as encourage them.

Call ones who are inactive and meet with them to see why they aren't having show.

When you don't reach your goal, don't quit, but reset and refocus.
It takes dedication and hard work to get your business up and running.

Just a few minutes a day is better than trying to do all of it at once.

PRAY over your goals and your downline.
God is able to do more than we can ask, dream, or imagine.

Work hard and expect nothing in return!
