Mission Statements in Premier

Wikipedia, states that a mission statement is a statement of the purpose of a company and organization.

The mission statement should guide the actions of the organization, spell out its overall goal, provide a sense of direction, and guide decision-making. It provides "the framework or context within which the company's strategies are formulated."

We often take it for granted that we are the CEOs of our Premier Business, and that we need to treat our Jewelry Company as our own Business. We are blessed to be our own boss, and yet with that honor comes a great responsibility!

However, like any other company, our Premier Business, needs to have a focus and be goal oriented. We must have our own personal mission statement to help us know WHY we are working Premier and HOW we can better our Premier Lives.

Consider what your mission statement is for your Premier Business, post it by your computer or on your mirror, and remind yourself daily of what your purpose in Premier is! You will see your business grow when you know why you do what you do in your business!
