You hae to care about others enough to share your opportunities of Premier.

Diane Ferris

Interview:
-Where would you say that the majority of jewelers come from? Hostesses are my most jewelers as you sit down with them the most.
The like the idea of HS and they like the jewelry. SO the may as well make money too.

Are you going to want just the free jewelry or do you want the money that comes with the show as well?

I peek their curiousity and it's an opening to plant seeds.
Introduce the Premier Opportunity before they make the guests lists. They need to include guests who need Premier for their own lives.
How many shows do you do a month? Six a month, four are own shows, two are training. Go to two jeweler shows a month to support them.
The more home shows you have, the more chances you have to share your opportunity.

What is your goal for OPs. I don't set monthly goals, I set quartly goals. Sit down with 25 women per quarter and share the opportunity.
-I write goals down, purse, closet, mirrors, and claim them, positive thinking and attitude. Visualize yourself doing the goal.

Invite everyone to OPs, as you don't even know.
Keep a prospect binder of anyone you've talked to and follow up with them again.
People's lives changes, so although Premier might not work now, it might work later. Call every six months.

What is one thing that you consistantly do that helps you to sponsor?
The key word is constancy. Look for people to share it with. Plant seeds, follow up with people, be intentional, as we are the ads for Premier.
IL want to help change other people's lives.
You have nothing to lose by ad for Premier.
JPs and Jewelery Conferience Calls.
Read books
Pray
Do on-line training.

How do you get people to seit and hear the business?
What peeks their interest and what can Premier do to meet the needs.
Leave them wanting more. Find the reason to meet up with her again.
Set appt. to meet up again.
Have them go to an OP or do one-on-ones.

I find both OPs and one-on-ones are equally effectly.

Do you offer incentives for the business?
Shop-ur-tunities for the holidays.
Give charm bracelets and what it stands for. (Reminds them what Premier is about.)

Leave them with large purple maketing plan to recap.
Give them my first five shows.

Follow-Up System:
The fortune is in the follow-up.
I pencil in a training show.
Schedule a time to call her during 24-48 hours (don't loose excitement) (Don't want fear to cloud judgement)
Send a letter thank you for time and remind them of how Premier can meet needs.

Does your husband help you with prospects?
He was able to leave his full-time job for Premier in only six months.
DAY one he was helping me, as he knew the plans and background in Premier, as he knows people that I don't know.
He became a referal.
Bring the husbands and your husband.
A guy can relate to another guy.
Guys bring the logical side, and girls bring the emotional side.

What would you say is the key that keeps you moving forward as you give of yourself.
Remember your "WHY."
Remember "WHY" you joined Premier.
Remember it when you're out of your comfort zones or when you have down days.
Write down you're WHY and put it everywhere.

What are your thoughts on sponsoring jewelers with or without kits?
I try to encourage girls to purchase the kits. It's an investment in themselves.
They want to do the shows more quickly to get the money back.

Closing out form. Go over it with her. Helps her see how great Premier is.
