6 Characteristics of a Great Jeweler!- National Rally- July 2010

Six Charaacteristics of being a great jewelers. These will keep you focused when you want to quit. Without them, there will an opportunity for fear and doubt. You will find balance in your business.
This provides peace to move forwards.

- Passion fo their business. They know WHY they are doing their business. It drives them every single day. You are excited about your business. They are passionate about our company
and living out what this company was founded on.

Passion is a powerful emotion. It's driving and a solid motivator.
They are Tiggors not Eeyores. Tiggers are happy, positive, super attitudes, want to be around him.
Eeyores are gloomy, negative, bag attitudes, don't want to be around them.
BE A TIGGER!!!

M&M's- Model and a Mentor- Be that!
-People should respect and look up to you. They want advice from you, and want to be like you.
-People understand the value of assosicating with you.
-Give careful thought to who they will follow, as they know that will determine their course.
-They strive to be and M and M as well.

DWIT- Do Whatever It Takes no matter what.
-They don't see obstacles, they see them as opporutnities. They use them as serving opportunities.
-They don't give in or give up.
-The know there will be sacrifices that need to be made.
-There are times that you have to give up or reschedule things to help you get what you want.

They have a KISS Business- Keep it Super Simple
-Stay true to the basics
-Don't re-invent the wheel
-Be Duplicable- so others can do what you do.
-Find what works for you and are comfortable and Stick with it! (Example: Pass or Play)

They set out to master their craft:
-Conquer or overcome and be skilled in what you do. Teach others what you do.
-They understand that it's important to master ALL FOUR parts of the Premier Business
-They make a plan and work the plan.

Four Parts to Master in Premier:
Booking (Minimum- five a month)
Sponsoring (Minimum- Seven a year)
Training (Attend or conduct one local training a month and attend Rallies or Round-Ups twice a year.)
Working with People- (Working with the hostesses and customers and working with onen to to people closely in your Premier Family.)


These chracteristics- having passion and knowing why you are in this business. Be a Tigger and work your business!
Find an M and M and strive to be one.
Become a DWIT.
Have a KISS Business.
Master the four aspects of this business.
