Consisency is the Lifeline of Your Business
Many people think, could this success be possible for me? What are they doing that I'm not doing, or am I doing something wrong?
Most of you can and will enjoy success in your business. Develop a habit of working your business in a daily business.
Most people who have walked across the stage have kept a consistent busiess. Consistent effort is understandable.
-It keeps you connected to your WHY- It keeps you close to your character, and exactly why you are a Jeweler.
-Most people have passion when they start and understand why they are starting premier. However, as time passes, you feel that you are just going through the motions.
-Revisit your WHY. Build the WHY before starting on the HOW.
-A powerful WHY provides you with motivation to do what you want to do.
-The WHY will become so strong that you will do the things that you even hate to do, as your target will be so big you will contanstly think about what you want to accomplish
-Your vision is clearly defined and you are unstopable.
Consistnency Inspires us to Take Action:
-If you are going to be successful, you must develop a specific plan and work your plan.
-You have to have a roadmap to success. Your actions must be intentional.
-Good intentions are not enought and success requires initive.
-you then just have to do it, do it, and do it again.
-The more you do this, the more confident you'll be come and the more brave you'll be.
-When you're not doing your business, ask yourself why you are not doing it. What will it take to make it work?
Are you willing to make one more phone call or send one more email. Are you willing to book another show, or attend another training? set our plan and work it.
Are you willing to do HOstess Coaching? You begin at that time showing the opportunity to help them become a part of this business.
Are you willing to show one more person the business OP?
This is what it takes to work this business sucessfully.
Life is not a long race, howver, its many short ones. Success is a group of little, daily victories. Focus on the small victories and take those steps.
LOOK for Little victories in life.
There's never enough time to do EVERYTHING on your DO List, however focus on the most vital and most important.
Without intentional focus and accomplishments, your business will not grow.
Consistancy cultivates your character. It defines your character.
Many are questioning yourself or even Premier. You are not alone. But don't give up. God is more interested in your character than the growth of your business.
He is refining you, so when you do become a senior leader, or accomplish what goals you have, you will then in being a leader for others.
A person who practices consistancy is an amazing person to watch. They don't give up, they stick to their ambitions, they are continual learners, and have a positive attitude.
They view problems as something that will be solved. No matter what the sitaution, they make the best of things, and they move forward, as they see their future with clearity and
confidence. They make sacrifices in the short term to accomplish much in the long term. They don't make excuses, but accomplshish what they set out to do.
When you meet entenpenuers who stay on task, they are remarkably calm about the accomplishments, as success is just a journey that they have accomplsihed one step at a time.
Others see it as one single event, as if they reached their goal in one leap. However, they did it one task, one day and one hour at a time.
Conisitancy will connect you to your WHY and build your character.
