Making Time for your Business- Gary Googe- 9/2010

Making Time for your Business:

If you won't make time for home hostess coach, your business won't be as good.
If you don't attend training, you won't learn as much.

****IF YOU CUT CORNERS, YOU ARE CUTTING YOUR PROFIT.*****

If you treat your hostesses well, they will book again in the same year.
If you take care of your hostesses, they will take care of you.
Make follow-up calls, check in calls, send cards before and thank you letters afterwards, etc.
Stay in touch, send a small gift every once in a while, make them feel appreciated.
Send them your newsletter, or a hostess newletter to them.
Build that relationship, as you won't run out of homeshows.
No hit and run relationships.
Build the quality of your hostess relationships over quanity.
You aren't just 'that jewelry lady' but a friend who she can trust.

Premier doens't work by itself. You have to work your business daily to make it work.
you can work this business full-time, part-time, but not in your spare time. You cannot make money at a hobby, it cost you money.
Good sound business, you make a profit.
Devote time and work your business consitantly, about 20 hours a week.
If you don't give it time, it won't work for you.

BUILDING YOUR BUSINESS

You have to get help to build your business.
Get the help from your upline, and help your downline.
Reread your handbook. It's a book of answers. When was the last time you just read the handbook?
Listen to audio CDs and watch the videos again. See something you didn't see the first time through.
Are you making good use of your upline?
You need to call your upline and don't wait for them to call you.
Make it easy to work with you. Send letters and cards.
If you want help, reach out for it.
Be avaliable and presue people to work with.
Employ your teammates. It will be sweeter if you do.
Two heads are better than one.
