Say true things that catch people's attention. By saying what we love about Premier, people will hear it, and God will help it grow in their hearts.
I love what I do, and this shows. People want to also love what they do. I also love what Premier can do for others as well. This is motivation to plant seeds.
Most people DO NOT get into Premier to Sponsor. Most people don't sponsor anyone in Premier.
Your excitement for Premier will attract others. The power of enthusiasm plus the power of suggestion will work. Excitement and "you should do it with me, and we'll have so much fun togehter!" work.
You have to open your mouth to sponsor. Open the packet of seeds/ Open your mouth.
Say Specfic Things -Catch Phrases (Seeds)
-I love my job!
-I love my boss, it's me!
-I made two hundred dollars last night!
-I paid for our family morgage last month.
-I paid for plane tickets and the vacation with Premier money.
Money talks, and it truly does. Explain what money is doing for you in this business, however, money isn't the only reason women get into Premier.
Most women get into Premier for the flexability. Our lives revolve around everyone else, and this job provides flexability. It allows you to stay at home, if you wanted to, or go part time.
Say how Premier provides money and flexability to your daily schedule.
Work your business around the nooks and crannies of your own life. Constantly scatter seeds.
We want our "seeds" to fall on furtle ground. Although we don't know what type of ground it will fall on, we just have to trust God.
Sometimes you will specifically plant a seed.
-Call up the hostess and ask to share the business with her, and that you are looking for referrals.
-Someone might ask you to call up a friend about the business, b/c they thought they'd be good at Premier.
-God puts a specific person in you head and wants you to share your business with.
If I plant a seed on furtle ground, I know because they say something back. They give me an objection. (I don't have time, I don't know anyone, I don't have the money, etc.)
Because she is already picturing herself doing this business. Just keep on talking (Adding water to your seed.) Encourage them, and positively compliment them. Learn their stories and
relate their stories to the business.
Three Things you Need to do to Grow Your Business:
-Bee Smart- Most people think they will be "stung" if they do independent consultant.
Everyone knows someone who needs money, so ask them to be a referral for you.
-BEElieve- Do you believe in Premier. Do you belive in our hostess plan? Do you believe in 50% earnings? Do you beelieve that Premier is the best company out there?
You have to believe in your business.
-BEE Patient- Every flower you go to, doesn't have necture. You have to go to the next flower. You will die if you only go to one flower and if it doesn't have necture, and you stop.
They go from one flower to another. Success in Premier isn't from lack of information, it's lack of application. If you apply the business, you will do well. It's a business of DOING.
You will blossom a new jeweler!!!
