Know in advance, that jewelers will quit. It's not a get rich scheme, however it is a job. It requires us to work our own business.
Why do some jewelers come in on fire and work their business, and those who make excuses and quit.

-Systems that work- Premier have systems that work to help us (Returns, launching new jewelry, etc.)

Don't make excuses, work consistancy

1.) See out the info. and follow the system. DO NOT reinvent the wheel. Just follow the system that is set up for you.

-Homeshows- bedrock of Premier Designs- follow that system. The Flipchart
1.) Determine how many shows you need on your calendar and make it happen
-Do not aexternal situations to deter you. Work your business. We all have excuses, but if your desire is strong enough, you'll work your business.
-Home hostess coach every sigle hostesses
-Explain the Hostess Plan, booking activity and share the sponsoring
-Follow up to booking and sponsoring with calls and cards
-Follow up with guests for thank yous.
-Do not miss training
-Teach others to do what we do
-Do it again, again, again.

-Law of Demenishing Intent- the longer you wait to do something you should do now, the less likely you are to ever do it.
-When you fall down, as you will, be persistence. The persistent person falls down 7 times but gets up 8! Successful people don't give up.

Be intentional and proactive. Join new groups to meet new friends and contacts. If you are passionate about your business, you will meet others.

You are the boss of your thoughts. you are in control of your thoughts. God has a plan for you. What you think controls your life and your business.
Listen to positive christian cds and speakers. Whatever you believe will drive your business.

Do not allow the devil into your thoughts. Be on guard and keep the negative devil out. Only choice to be positive. Take control thoughts!!
You can change your life through your thoughts.

Have the power to do anything you want.

WHY do you do Premier. Your desire to do Premier has to be bigger than any problem you may have with low shows and cancelations.


Think success and not failure.

Don't let anyone else define you. Don't allow your fears and past failures to define who God wants you to be. God might be preparing you to do great things!
