Brining in people for sponsoring:
-Offer the 200.00 Premier gives you
-You have to spend money to make money
-If you're not willing to offer that, you're not willing to build your business.
-Invest in your people, as they will bring in money if you are making wise choices.
You can't just wait around and hope for people.
If you want God to bless your business, you have to give Him something to bless.
You can just pray and hope God will bring them to you.
Be aggressive and serve people. Amaze them and go out of the way to satisfy them.
Do the unexpected in a good way.
When you bring someone in to the business, don't allow them any excuse to not succeed. Make sure of it too with your people.
Don't let it be thought or said that you didn't work with them to help them build a business.
Then you can celebrate together!
The finest thing you have to offer at a homeshow is the Sponsoring Activity, not the jewelry, not the booking, etc.
No matter how much retail you're doing, you're going to have to do that same thing again and again to make that same money.
When you go for a show, look for prospects, not just shows or sales. That's what builds your business.
Put the emphazies where it needs to be and not be distracted by other things.
When you have a downline, you get to know them best and have the opporutity to make and impact on their household.
